Alcohol & Drug Class

Also known as safe and sober program is provided to:

  • 5.1. Out-of-Country License Holders
    • Individuals who hold an out-of-country license are required to successfully complete a vision screening, knowledge test, driving skills test, and an MVA approved three-hour alcohol and drug education program to convert their license to a Maryland license. 10A Driving School provides ADEP only in classroom for 3 hours for $100 fee.
    • After completion, we provide a certificate.
    • Required documents are:
      • Proof of age and identity like (green cards, social security cards and proof of MD residency)

  • 5.2. US Armed force Driver's License holders
